A wonderful British interpretation of Brie de Meaux from Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk and their herd of Montbeliarde cows. At around 1kg this is a cheese to share with all the family.
A delicious soft, bloomy-rind cheese with a rich, velvety, almost buttery texture when ripe, with earthy, mushroomy flavours and a slight tang.
